ABOUT LIVING SO LOVELY
WHO IS THE FACE BEHIND LIVING SO LOVELY?
My name is Leticia Adriana. I'm a 28 year old Hispanic momma, a mental health / substance abuse clinician, a grad student, a cheer/dance mom, and let's just say I’m a HUGE Jesus Lover---with many MANY faults. I’m far from the cookie cutter idea of what a religious person can be but Luckily for me, My Lord loves me regardless. It is by his grace that I AM HERE writing this blog for people who are considering to build a relationship with him while trying to manage living in this hectic world.
About a year ago I attended a Christian Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma--Transformation Conference. There, I believe, God revealed to me that I should take the knowledge I have about Mental Health and combine it with that of what I know about God's love for me....or for US I should say.
I’ve going to church for a couple years, and I've been working in the mental health field for almost a decade. I've gone through some really tough times myself (from depression to yes....even suicidality) but by the grace of God I genuinely believe that I've been delivered from that. I feel blessed to have even able to meet Him and continue to grow with Him into my BEST self. This is a great feeling and process so I feel like I am destined and responsible to share my gifts with the world.
My goal is to be a resource for those looking for help and are willing to consider Jesus Christ as Lord and savior.
I hope to create community that
promotes a culture of support for optimal health by encouraging people to reach out for help regardless of what the issues are by utilizing traditional and nontraditional avenues .....and through faith.
The mission is to break the stigmas associated with psychological health and Christianity.
I encourage those who are struggling with psychological health to use faith as a way to cope and maybe even deliverance.
Here I'd like to offer resources including: guides, tips, i phone numbers, online articles, print materials, videos, podcasts, testimonies, and so much more with a Christian touch.
I believe feel like my purpose is:
